Own the Hunt
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including SMBs and franchises.
Research industries, leverage referrals, and develop creative outreach to attract high-value prospects.
Conduct discovery calls, uncover needs, and position our solutions to solve real business pain.
Build Strategic Partnerships
Cultivate referral relationships with franchise brands, associations, and aligned service providers.
Collaborate on co-branded campaigns or joint ventures that deliver mutual growth.
Drive Sales and Revenue
Manage a full sales cycle—from lead generation to close.
Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Keep your pipeline clean and updated in Salesforce with disciplined follow-up and forecasting.
Team Up for Success
Work closely with onboarding and service delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent client experiences.
Provide feedback from prospects to help shape marketing and service offerings.
Consistently meeting or beating sales goals and KPIs
High-quality lead generation and follow-through
Building strong, scalable referral pipelines
High conversion rates and CRM accuracy
5–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas
Strong communicator with excellent discovery and consultative selling skills
Familiarity with SMB challenges, SaaS, or bookkeeping services
Self-starter with the ability to manage your day and drive results remotely
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
Experience in SMB sales or the QuickBooks ecosystem
A strong personal network in the SMB or accounting industry
Experience working in channel sales or referral development environments
Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a love for winning
